Toward a healthy heart.

Beloved,

After a long silence, wherein I have been recovering from hospitalization with a-fib and congestive heart failure, I’m back!

The upshot is that I underwent a cardioversion, which restored my heart to a normal sinus rhythm. I still have cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure, and I still tire easily, but I have faith that over time and with proper self-care, I will be able to do more of the regular tasks in life.

Thank you for your kind messages – I need to catch up on my email, so please forgive me for the delay.

I’m grateful to the Lord for His provision, my husband for his tender, loving care, and for the loving brothers and sisters who have cheered me on during this period.
